You know it's hot when you go to turn the fan on and discover it already is, just you couldn't feel it. This is the second day in a row that's happened. It's September: it's not supposed to be this hot! If this is a sign of things to come, summer is going to be AWFUL in big, bold capital letters. Patrick, I sure hope it's cooler down in Melbourne.
--- Quite a while later, because I went off and did stuff ---
In fact, speaking of Melbourne, I need to go finish packing soon, although it's not like that's going to take long. I know pretty much what I'm going to take, all I need to do is toss it into my bag. In relation to CDs I'm going to take, on the recommendation of some comments I got, I'm going to take 'Mad Season' by Matchbox 20 and 'Hybrid Theory' by Linkin Park, and because I like it, I'm also taking my Jimmy Eat World CD. But I can't resist taking some U2: Under A Blood Red Sky and one or two more I'll choose later. Yeah, might be a lot of CDs for just a short holiday, but remember it's a 20+ hour drive each way so I'm going to need some variety. Even Under A Blood Red Sky, my favourite CD, can get a bit boring after a while. And be proud: I'm taking an equal number of U2 and non-U2 CDs, which beats when I went to NZ last Easter, when ALL of my CDs were U2. Sheesh, even I think that was a bit drastic. So maybe my U2 addiction is being broken. I sure need to listen to other music.
This will most likely be my last entry before I leave. So hopefully I'll meet Patrick and Chantel (there might be a problem or two with meeting Pat but hopefully it'll happen, and meeting Chantel is looking less and less likely seeing she hasn't been online for a couple of days). Hope everyone has a great rest-of-the-week, and I'll see you all when I get back. For now, goodbye.
When I entered in Andre, it said I was a cherub with pink wings. No thank you. I think I had a cool weapon, but PINK WINGS? So I redid it with Axver, and got that very pleasing result. Bwahaha, pH34r me for I am teh 3vil.
