I just told Mum about the billing stuff. Turns out they do charge for every attempt that's made and I don't think I can do much about it, but Mum took it quite well. Sam says the excessive amount of times I have to dial up would be my ISP's fault, so we're going to complain to them. I hope this all gets resolved soon. I just want a decent Internet connection ...
