So it's back to the slow connections, then?

This morning, it took me 49 attempts to get online. I wonder if the connecting on attempts 1 and 2 was simply fluky. I hope it doesn't go back to the slow connecting. Oh well, my ISP has just rolled out a new network and they say they've been having some teething troubles with it, so I guess I just have to be patient.

Yep, I'm home. What I find ironic is that, had I gone to school today, I would've been leaving in about 10-15 minutes. It would've been a supreme waste of a morning, just going for a few short hours.

Even if it was purposeful to go today, I'm glad I didn't, because I feel rotten. It was ABSO-BLOODY-LUTELY FREEZING in my room this morning (14C) and it's only 16C now, so I think that's contributed to the severe runny nose I had until about 5 minutes ago. OK, 14 and 16C really are not cold at all (they're above 50F, I'm sure of that), but they seem it to me because I've gotten so used to the warm temperatures here. In NZ, I would've probably been talking about how nice and comfortable it was for a winter's day ...

And the Bledisloe Cup is tomorrow! I'm so excited!
