God's fortunate that he doesn't exist, otherwise he'd have a lot of explaining to do with regards to Melbourne's boilingly hot weather.

As it is, I merely scowl at the weather systems and wonder where the hell autumn's got to.

It's all a plot from Connex to have Hitachi's with no aircon running (or is that my plot...)

Judging by the lack of an excited "a Hitachi suddenly turned up for my train home today!" post, I'm guessing your plot still isn't working. ;)

Though checking the Bureau of Meteorology, apparently the hottest it got today was 28.1! Yeah right. I'm convinced it had to be over 30 when we were out and about.

So, no longer agnostic then? Did I miss something? ;P

Well, that did contain some exaggeration for (non-)humorous effect. I'd say I'm in the blurry area that doesn't quite distinguish between weak atheism and agnosticism clearly, and with at least some ignosticism thrown in for good measure.

Essentially, I reject any assertion of a deity's existence due to a stark lack of persuasive evidence (and I am an outright strong atheist towards certain conceptualisations of God, such as those found in mainstream Christianity and Islam), but I do not affirm a strong atheist stance in general, i.e. that no deity could possibly exist. Basically, as it stands, I do not see any evidence that demonstrates any conceptualisation of a deity exists, in which sense I am implicitly a weak atheist, but I only possess a meagre amount of all knowledge and am fully open to the possibility such evidence could exist and I am simply yet to encounter it. Wikipedia says it well: "Agnostics claim ... that while individual certainty [on the existence or non-existence of God or gods] may be possible, they personally have no knowledge." Perhaps I am an atheistic agnostic.
