Today officially sucks ROCKS!

My dream of travelling to the US from 21 May to 1 July is another step closer to fruition, and U2's third leg tour dates were announced - see them here! Of course, the chances of me making it to the third leg are just about zero, but the prospect of all those nice bootlegs is very exciting.

This all calls for a spam party on my journal. And if you think that's lame? Spam can be quite intelligent and immensely entertaining sometimes.

Now come on, lads, announce the Rest of the World leg. Allow me to dream and create a tour that will never be played.

Australia - arenas. Everywhere else - stadia.
Insert U2's typical one month break between tour legs ...
17 January 2006 - Brisbane (Axver's 19th birthday!)
18 January 2006 - Brisbane
21 January 2006 - Sydney
22 January 2006 - Sydney
24 January 2006 - Sydney
25 January 2006 - Sydney
28 January 2006 - Melbourne
29 January 2006 - Melbourne
31 January 2006 - Melbourne
1 February 2006 - Melbourne
3 February 2006 - Adelaide
7 February 2006 - Perth
(Arena setup is farewelled forever as U2 head to start the stadium leg. And remember U2 are banned from playing in China as they support a free Tibet.)
11 February 2006 - Bombay
14 February 2006 - New Delhi
17 February 2006 - Calcutta
(Or any other Indian cities that suit.)
22 February 2006 - Tokyo
23 February 2006 - Tokyo
25 February 2006 - Osaka (or any other Japanese city that suits)
1 March 2006 - Manila
4 March 2006 - Bangkok
7 March 2006 - Kuala Lumpur
9 March 2006 - Singapore
12 March 2006 - Jakarta
17 March 2006 - Wellington
22 March 2006 - Santiago
26 March 2006 - Buenos Aires
27 March 2006 - Buenos Aires
30 March 2006 - Rio de Janeiro
31 March 2006 - Rio de Janeiro
2 April 2006 - Sao Paulo
(Or any other three-show Brazilian combination.)
7 April 2006 - Cape Town
10 April 2006 - Johannesburg
15 April 2006 - Nairobi (or any other African country Bono has worked in that could possibly support a show.)

And then they return to Europe for another stadium leg that happens to include a Moscow date!

Now THAT is what I call more of a WORLD tour!
